دور التحول الرقمي في تحسين جودة خدمات التأمين "دراسة ميدانية لشركة التأمين الوطنية Saa-ورقلة خلال 2026"

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور التحول الرقمي في تحسين جودة خدمات التأمين، من خلال دراسة ميدانية على مستوى الشركة الوطنية للتأمين Saaوكالة ورقلة خلال فترة 2026، حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة 40موظف، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، كما تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS V27) في معالجة وتحليل البيانات.وقد توصلت النتائج إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتحول الرقمي في تحسين جودة خدمات التأمين .

This study aime to analyze the role of digital transformation in improving the quality of insurance services through a field study conducted at the National Insurance Company (Saa), Ouargla agency during the period of 2026. The study sample consisted of 40 employees. The research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, using a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection. The data were processed and analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS V27). The results revealed a statistically significant impact of digital transformation on improving the quality of insurance service.
