دور الذكاء ألاصطناعي في إدارة المعرفة في المؤسسات دراسة ميدانية : مديرية المخابر ومخزن العينات الصخرية المركزي في شركة سونطراك ــ حاسي مسعود ـ

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعزيز إدارة المعرفة بمديرية المخابر ومخزن العينات الصخرية المركزي التابع لشركة سوناطراك بحاسي مسعود. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية مست الموظفين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة وذلك بعينة نهائية حجمها (40) موظفاً ،حيث تم جمع البيانات باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية ، وتمت معالجة البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج SPSS V.22..

خلصت النتائج إلى وجود مستوى متوسط في تطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، مقابل مستوى مرتفع من الاهتمام بإدارة المعرفة في المديرية محل الدراسة. كما أثبتت الدراسة وجود علاقة تأثير إحصائية، حيث تساهم تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تفسير 34% من التغير الحاصل في إدارة المعرفة، وأشارت النتائج ان ابعاد الذكاء الاصطناعي المدروسة تؤثر على إدارة المعرفة بإستثناء بعد " الدعم والتتظيم التكنلوجي " ، بينما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى للمتغيرات الشخص ية تجاه إدارة المعرفة، باستثناء متغير "المنصب الوظيفي" بالتحديد المناصب العليا في المؤسسة ، كما أوصت الدراسة بتقديم الدعم اللازم لتوفير أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي الحديثة وربطها مع البنية المعرفية للمؤسسة وتدريب الموظفين عليها .

This study aims to investigate the role of artificial intelligence in enhancing knowledge management in the Laboratories Directorate and the Central Rock Sample Store of Sonatrach in Hassi Messaoud. To achieve this goal, the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, by conducting a field study that affected the employees of the institution under study with a final sample size of (40) employees, where data was collected using the questionnaire as the main tool, and the data was processed and hypotheses were tested using the SPSS V.22 program.

The results concluded that there was an average level of application of artificial intelligence techniques, compared to a high level of interest in knowledge management in the directorate under study. The study also proved the existence of a statistical impact relationship, as artificial intelligence techniques contribute to explaining 34% of the change in knowledge management. The results indicated that the dimensions of artificial intelligence studied affect knowledge management with the exception of the dimension of "technological support and organization", while the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences attributed to personal variables towards knowledge management, with the exception of the variable of "job position", specifically senior positions in the organization The study also recommended providing the necessary support to provide modern artificial intelligence systems, linking them to the organization's cognitive structure, and training employees on them.
