تأثير المهارات الرقمية على التوجه المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين دراسة ميدانية لعينة من طلبة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى تأُثير المهارات الرقمية المثمثلة في (التواصل الرقمي، وإنشاء المحتوى الرقمي، والسلامة والأمن الرقمي، وحل المشكلات الرقمية والابتكار) على التوجه المقاولاتي لدى طلبة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة.اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، حيث شملت الدراسة عينة مكونة من 104 طالباً من مختلف كليات الجامعة في مستويات مختلفة ، وتم جمع البيانات عبر استبيان إلكتروني، تم معالجته باستخدام برنامجي spss v 26 وبرنامج .SmartPLS 4توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر لكلا من مهارات التواصل والتعاون الرقمي ومهارات حل المشكلات الرقمية والابتكار على التوجه المقاولاتي، في حين لم يثبت وجود أثر دال لمهارتَي إنشاء المحتوى الرقمي والسلامة والأمن الرقمي.

The study aims to uncover the impact of digital skills—represented by (digital communication, digital content creation, digital safety and security, and digital problem-solving and innovation)—on the entrepreneurial orientation of students at Kasdi Merbah University, Ouargla. We relied on the descriptive-analytical approach, where the study included a sample consisting of 104 students from various university faculties and across different levels. Data was collected via an online questionnaire and processed using SPSS v.26 and SmartPLS 4 software. The study concluded that there is an impact for both digital communication skills and digital problem-solving and innovation skills on entrepreneurial orientation, while no significant impact was proven for the two skills of digital content creation and digital safety and security.
