دور الإدارة الالكترونية في تعزيز المهارات الرقمية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية "دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة سوناطراك (فرع: مديرية المراقبة الجيولوجية)بحاسي مسعود"

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تعزيز المهارات الرقمية لدى العاملين في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة سوناطراك، مديرية المراقبة الجيولوجية فرع التنقيب بحاسي مسعود. بحيث تمحورت إشكالية الدراسة التالية: كيف تساهم الإدارة الالكترونية في تعزيز المهارات الرقمية للعاملين في المؤسسات الاقتصادية _مؤسسة سوناطراك مديرية المراقبة الجيولوجية فرع التنقيب بحاسي مسعود_، ومن اجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاستناد إلى المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره الأنسب لطبيعة الموضوع, وذلك بتصميم استبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة حيث تم توزعها على عينة عشوائية قدرها 85 عاملا، إلى جانب إجراء مقابلات مع بعض عمال المؤسسة محل الدراسة لتعزيز من موثوقية الاستبيان، ومن أجل تحليل البيانات اعتمدنا على برنامج SPSS (إصدار 27)، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - أن مستوى تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية و المهارات الرقمية مرتفع بالمديرية محل الدراسة. - وجود تأثير مرتفع للعمليات الإدارية الالكترونية والقيادة الرقمية على المهارات الرقمية، ووجود تأثير منخض نسبيا لكل من البنية التحتية والإطار الأمني الرقمي على المهارات الرقمية. - عدم وجود فروقات ذي دلالة إحصائية تعزى المتغيرات الوظيفية المتمثلة في العمر, المستوى التعليمي, المنصب, والخبرة على المهارات الرقمية.

This study aims to highlight the role of electronic management in enhancing the digital skills of employees in economic institutions through a field study conducted at Sonatrach Company, Geological Monitoring Directorate, Exploration Branch in Hassi Messaoud. The study revolved around the following problem statement: How does electronic management contribute to enhancing the digital skills of employees in economic institutions – Sonatrach Company, Geological Monitoring Directorate, Exploration Branch in Hassi Messaoud? In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive-analytical approach was adopted as the most appropriate method for the nature of the topic. A questionnaire was designed to collect data from the study sample and distributed to a random sample consisting of 85 employees. In addition, interviews were conducted with some employees of the institution under study in order to enhance the reliability of the questionnaire. For data analysis, the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS Version 27) was used. The study reached several important findings: • The level of implementation of electronic management and digital skills was high in the directorate under study. • There was a strong effect of electronic administrative processes and digital leadership on digital skills, while the effect of both technological infrastructure and the digital security framework on digital skills was relatively low. • There were no statistically significant differences attributable to the demographic and job-related variables represented by age, educational level, position, and experience on digital skills.
