دور نظم المعلومات الادارية في صنع القرار في المؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة حالة: مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بورقلة_الجزائر

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تحسين عملية صنع القرار بمديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بورقلة. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي الوصف بالإضافة إلى أسلوب دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي، كما استخدم الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع بيانات الدراسة، حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة (43) موظف و التي تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية، في الأخير استخلصت الدراسة مجموعة من النتائج منها أن هناك رقابة مستمرة لنظم المعلومات الادارية من طرف مديري توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بورقلة، إضافة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع في صنع القرار باالمؤسسة، وان هناك علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نظم المعلومات الإدارية وصنع القرار، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير لأبعاد نظم المعلومات الإدارية على صنع القرار حيث يؤدي تحسين كفاءة نظم المعلوماتية إلى رفع جودة القرارات الإدارية بالمؤسسة داخل المنظمة

This study aimed to identify the role of Management Information Systems in improving the decision-making process at the Electricity and Gas Distribution Directorate in Ouargla. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted in addition to the case study method in the applied aspect. A questionnaire was also used as the main tool for data collection, where the study sample was selected randomly. The study concluded that there is considerable interest from the managers of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Directorate in Ouargla, in addition to the existence of a high level of decision-making within the institution. The results also revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between Management Information Systems and decision-making. Furthermore, the findings showed that the dimensions of Management Information Systems have an effect on decision-making, as improving the efficiency of information systems contributes to enhancing the quality of administrative decisions within the institution
