دور التحول الرقمي في تحسين خدمات حاضنات الاعمال الجامعية دراسة ميدانية بالحاضنة الجامعية جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة للموسم الجامعي 2025/2026

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التحول الرقمي في تحسين خدمات الحاضنة وواقعه داخل الحاضنة الجامعية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، ولتحقيق الغرض قمنا بجمع البيانات من خلال المقابلة مع مدير الحاضنة للتعرف على مختلف الخدمات التي تقدمها الحاضنة، وكذلك توزيع اِستمارة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية والتي مست عينة قدرها (100) طالب من أصحاب المشاريع لقياس مدى مساهمة التحول الرقمي في تحسين خدمات الحاضنة، وتم تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج SPSS V22. وأظهرت النتائج وجود مستوى إيجابي في تطبيق التحول الرقمي داخل الحاضنات الجامعية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، ورافقه وجود مستوى جيد من خدمات الحاضنات الجامعية، خاصة في جانب التدريب، وهذا ما أثبته وجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة قوية بين تبني التحول الرقمي تحسين جودة خدمات الحاضنة الجامعية، حيث أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر معنوي لتبني التحول الرقمي على تحسين جودة خدمات الحاضنة خاصة فيما يتعلق بالبعد القانوني والتنظيمي، مما يستوجب توسيع نطاق التحول الرقمي بشكل شامل ليشمل جميع وظائف الحاضنة دون استثناء، لضمان تكامل العمليات وتحسين الأداء العام.

This study aims to identify the role of digital transformation in improving incubation services and it's reality within the university incubator at Kasdi Merbah University Ouargla, To achieve this purpose, data were collected through an interview with the incubator manager to identify the various services provided by the incubator, as well as through the distribution of a questionnaire as the main research instrument, which targeted a sample of (100) student project holders in order to measure the extent of the contribution of digital transformation to improving incubator services, The data were analyzed and the hypotheses were tested using SPSS V22 software. The results showed a positive level in the implementation of digital transformation within university incubators at the University of Kasdi Merbah and Ouargla, accompanied by a good level of university incubator services, especially in the training aspect. This was proven by the existence of a strong positive correlation between adopting digital transformation and improving the quality of university incubator services, as the results showed a moral impact of adopting digital transformation on improving the quality of incubator services, especially with regard to the legal and regulatory dimension This requires expanding the scope of digital transformation comprehensively to include all incubator functions without exception, to ensure operational integration and improve overall performance
