أثر عبء المعلومات الإلكترونية على السلوك الاستباقي دراسة ميدانية لعينة من الموظفين بسلونغاز التوزيع ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر عبء المعلومات الالكترونية على السلوك الاستباقي بمدرية التوزيع ورقلة ،ولتحقيق هذه الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدام الإستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات، واقتصرت عملية التوزيع على أسلوب العينة بحيث بلغت عينة عشوائية قدرها 80 من الموظفين بشركة سونلغاز وتمت معالجتها طريق استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) نسخة 26 بالاعتماد على المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري ومعامل الاختلاف واختبار التوزيع الطبيعي، وتوصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها:وجود مستوى مرتفع لعبء التكنولوجي والعبء التنظيمي بمديرية التوزيع ورقلة وهذا يدل على استخدام الاجهزة والأدوات المناسبة وقدرتها على امتلاك بنية تحتية داعمة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات؛ وجود مستوى مرتفع لسلوك الاستباقي بمديرية التوزيع ورقلة وهذا يدل على امتلاك العاملين روح المبادرة وقدرة الموظفين على التنبؤ بالمشكلات ومحاولة معالجتها وأيضا الرغبة في تطوير أساليب العمل ؛ عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين عبء المعلومات الالكترونية والسلوك الاستباقي لدى العاملين بمديرية توزيع ورقلة؛ أهم بعد تأثيرا في السلوك الاستباقي كان بعد العبء التنظيمي (قنوات الاتصال) حيث كان له تأثير ايجابي.

This study aimed to examine the impact of electronic information overload on proactive behavior at Sonelgaz Distribution, Ouargla Distribution Directorate. To achieve this objective, the descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, and a questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool. The study relied on a random sample of 80 employees from Sonelgaz. The collected data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), version 26, based on the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, and normality test.The study reached several key findings, the most important of which are: a high level of technological overload and organizational overload at the Ouargla Distribution Directorate, indicating the use of appropriate devices and tools as well as the availability of a supportive information technology infrastructure; a high level of proactive behavior among employees at the Ouargla Distribution Directorate, reflecting their initiative, ability to anticipate and address problems, and willingness to develop work methods; the absence of a statistically significant relationship between electronic information overload and proactive behavior among employees at the Ouargla Distribution Directorate; and that the organizational overload dimension (communication channels) was the most influential factor affecting proactive behavior, having a positive impact .
