أثر القيادة بالذكاء العاطفي في الإلتزام التنظيمي دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة سيترام (ورقلة)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر القيادة بالذكاء العاطفي في الإلتزام التنظيمي بمؤسسة سيترام بورقلة، حيث إستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما إعتمدنا الإستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وقد تم جمع (202) استبيانا، إذ جرى تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS) 24، من خلال الأساليب الإحصائية، حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى القيادة بالذكاء العاطفي والإلتزام التنظيمي كان متوسطا، مع وجود تأثير إيجابي قوي للقيادة بالذكاء العاطفي في تعزيز الإلتزام التنظيمي بمؤسسة سيترام بورقلة.This study aims to investigate the impact of emotional intelligence leadership on organizational commitment at Cétram Institution in Ouargla, The descriptive-analytical method was used, and the questionnaire was employed as the main tool for data collection, A total of 202 questionnaires were collected, and the data were analyzed using the statistical analysis software (SPSS) version 24 through various statistical methods, The study concluded that the levels of emotional intelligence leadership and organizational commitment were average, with a strong positive effect of emotional intelligence leadership in enhancing organizational commitment at Cétram Institution in Ouargla.
