اثر نظام تخطيط مارد مؤسسة على كفاءة العمليات الإدارية دراسة ميدانية مؤسسة كاكوبات ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أثر نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة (ERP) في تحسين كفاءة العمليات الإدارية، تم تطبيق الدراسة في مؤسسة كاكوبات بورقلة. وقد انطلقت الدراسة من إشكالية رئيسية تتمثل في مدى تأثير هذا النظام على كفاءة العمليات الإدارية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم جمع البيانات باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية، مدعّمًا بالمقابلة مع مجموعة من الإداريين والمسؤولين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من35 موظف حيث تم توزيع عليهم استبيان الكتروني وذلك من أجل الحصول على نتائج دقيقة تعكس الواقع التطبيقي للنظام.وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أهمها وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لنظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة (ERP) على كفاءة العمليات الإدارية، كما تبين أن أبعاد النظام، والمتمثلة في جودة وتكامل النظام ،درجة الاستغلال ورضا المستخدمين، وجودة المعلومات والخدمات، تلعب دورًا فعالًا في تحسين الأداء الإداري وتعزيز انسيابية المعلومات داخل المؤسسة كما أبرزت الدراسة أن نجاح تطبيق نظام (ERP) لا يعتمد فقط على توفره كأداة تقنية، بل يتطلب توفر مجموعة من العوامل الداعمة، من بينها البنية التحتية المناسبة، تدريب المستخدمين.

This study aims to shed light on the impact of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems on improving the efficiency of administrative processes, empirical evidence was drawn from the CACOBATPH institution in Ouargla. The study stems from a primary problem centered on the extent to which this system influences administrative process efficiency. To achieve the study’s objectives, a descriptive-analytical approach was adopted. Data collection relied primarily on a questionnaire, supplemented by interviews with a group of administrators and officials within the surveyed institution. The study sample consisted of 35 employees who received an electronic questionnaire to ensure precise results reflecting the practical application of the system. The study yielded several key findings, most notably the existence of a statistically significant impact of the ERP system on the efficiency of administrative processes. Furthermore, the findings revealed that the system’s dimensions—namely system quality and integration, utilization degree, user satisfaction, and information and service quality—play an active role in enhancing administrative performance and promoting information fluency within the institution. The study also highlighted that the successful implementation of an ERP system does not merely depend on its availability as a technical tool; rather, it requires a set of supporting factors, including a suitable infrastructure and proper user training.
