دور تطبيق نظام SAP في تحقيق الذكاء التنظيمي دراسة ميدانية في شركة سوناطراك بمديرية العمليات قسم التنقيب حاسي مسعود

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور تطبيق نظام SAP في تحقيق الذكاء التنظيمي في مؤسسة سوناطراك مديرية العمليات قسم التنقيب حاسي مسعود ،ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات مع المقابلة والملاحظة والوثائق الرسمية ،وقد اقتصرت عملية التوزيع على عينة قصدية بلغ عددها (60) استرجعت منها (35)صالحة لمعاجلة الاحصائية باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)نسخة 27 ،خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها:وجود مستوى مرتفع لتطبيق نظام SAP داخل المؤسسة ،ويعود ذلك لوعي المؤسسة لاستخدام الانظمة الرقمية وحرصهم على مواكبة التطوير،ويقابله مستوى مرتفع من الذكاء التنظيمي داخل المؤسسة ،كما وجدنا ان العلاقة الارتباطية بين نظام SAP كمتغير مستقل والذكاء التنظيمي كمتغير تابع علاقة طردية قوية ،وتوصلنا على عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين اجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة ،تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية (الجنس ،العمر ،المستوى التعليمي ،الوظيفة ،الخبرة)،وتوصي الدراسة بتقديم تدريبات كافية لكل العمال لاستخدام النظام بسهولة وإجراء تقييمات دورية لقياس مدى مساهمة النظام في تحسين الأداء وتحقيق أهداف المؤسسة وتوسيع استخدام النظام ليشمل مختلف ا

لعمليات الإدارية والفنية داخل المؤسسة بشكل متكامل.

This study aimed to investigate the role of implementing the SAP system in achieving organizational intelligence at Sonatrach, Operations Directorate, Exploration Department, Hassi Messaoud. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive-analytical approach was adopted. A questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool, supported by interviews, observation, and official documents. The questionnaire was distributed to a purposive sample of 60 employees, of which 35 valid responses were retrieved and analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), Version 27. The study revealed several key findings. Most notably, there was a high level of SAP system implementation within the organization, reflecting the company's awareness of the importance of digital systems and its commitment to keeping pace with technological developments. Likewise, the level of organizational intelligence was found to be high. The results also indicated a strong positive correlation between the SAP system as the independent variable and organizational intelligence as the dependent variable. Furthermore, no statistically significant differences were found in the respondents' answers attributable to personal variables, namely gender, age, educational level, job position, and work experience. The study recommends providing adequate training for all employees to facilitate effective use of the SAP system, conducting regular evaluations to assess its contribution to improving organizational performance and achieving institutional objectives, and expanding the implementation of the SAP system to cover various administrative and technical processes in an integrated manner.
