أثر الأمن السيبراني على تحسين أداء سلاسل التوريد دراسة حالة عينة من المؤسسات الجزائرية

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الى تحليل مدى تأثير الأمن السيبراني على تحسين أداء سلاسل التوريد في المؤسسات محل الدراسة، ولقد قمنا بدراسة ميدانية لعينة من المؤسسات الجزائرية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي وأسلوب دراسة الحالة، حيث تم اعتماد الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وكانت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية متمثلة في100 موظفا، وتم استخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية ومعالجتها ببرنامج SPSS. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر معنوي للأمن السيبراني ككل على تحسين أداء سلاسل التوريد، كما تبين أن البعدين التنظيمي والبشري لهما أثر دال إحصائياً، في حين لم يظهر أثر معنوي مستقل لكل من البعد التقني والبعد التعاوني ضمن نموذج الانحدار المتعدد.

The study aims to analyze the extent to which cybersecurity contributes to improving supply chain performance in the institutions under study. A field study was conducted on a sample of Algerian institutions. To achieve the objective of the study, the descriptive and analytical approach, as well as the case study method, were adopted. The questionnaire was used as the main tool for data collection. The study was conducted on a random sample of 100 employees, and several statistical methods were used, with the data processed using SPSS. The study found that cybersecurity, as a whole, has a significant effect on improving supply chain performance. It also showed that the organizational and human dimensions have a statistically significant effect, while no independent significant effect was found for the technical and collaborative dimensions within the multiple regression model.
