Abstract

The aim of this study was to identify to assess the extent of the commitment of the Jordanian Islamic banks to the principles of corporate governance and to achieve that goal questionnaire was designed and distributed to the population of the study of the four Islamic banks in Jordan by 30 questionnaire. The results of the study show the presence of statistically significant differences between the study sample averages Answers in assessing the Jordanian Islamic banks commitment to the principles of corporate governance.
