أثر إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية في أداء العاملين دراسة حالة المديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر-ورقلة-

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية من خلال أبعادها(التزام ودعم الإدارة العليا، الهيكل التنظيمي، العمليات والمهام، تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال) على أداء العاملين بأبعاده(الرضا الوظيفي، الالتزام التنظيمي، سرعة في الانجاز، جودة الأداء) في المديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر –بورقلة-. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي للدراسة واعتمدنا على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسة للدراسة، حيث تم توزيع 66 استمارة استبيان على عمال إداريين بالمديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر-ورقلة- ثم تم التحليل عن طريق استخدام برنامج spss كما اعتمدنا على المقابلة. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها:وجود مستوى مقبول من توافر أبعاد إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية، وجود مستوى مرتفع لأداء العاملين، ووجود أثر لأبعاد إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية على أداء العاملين بالمديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر بورقلة، خاصة بعد تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال هو الأكثر تأثيرا على أداء العاملين

The objective of this study is to understand the impact of reengineering of administrative processes through its dimensions (commitment and support of senior management, organizational structure, operations and tasks, information and communication technology) on the performance of employees in its dimensions (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, speed of delivery, quality of performance) Algeria Telecom Ouargla.
