Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف بشكل دقيق على العوامل والتنظيمية و على نية ترك العمل ، بالإضافة إلى دراسة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة الموضوع، كما تم الاعتماد على دراسة الحالة من خلال الاستبيان ومعالجته الإحصائية عن طريق برنامج spss نسخة 25، وتم توزيع الاستبيان على (65) على موظيفي مؤسسة النقل الحضري وشبه حضري بورقلة ،حيث توصلت الدراسة، بأن اهتمام المؤسسة بالناحية التنظيمية اهتمام متوسط ويعتبر غير كافي ، لا توجد فروق بين إجابات المبحوثين فيما يتعلق (الجنس, العمر, ، الخبرة،.)، العلاقة الارتباطية بين العوامل التنظيمية .
