أثر مخاطرإدارة سلاسل الإمداد على المؤسسات الجزائرية Covid-19في ظل جائحة -دراسة عينة من مؤسسات الجنوب الشرقي-

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان اثر مخاطر إدارة سلاسل الامداد على أداء المؤسسات الجزائريةخلال جائحة COVID-19، حيث تم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة من إطاراتبمؤسسات صناعية و تجارية و خدماتية متواجدة بمنطقة الجنوب الشرقي، حيث تم استرجاع32 استبانة وتم تحليلها بواسطة برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية(SPSS V25 ) ، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الاستدلالي للدراسة، أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن إدارة سلاسل الامداد تأثرت بجائحة COVID-19 وأثرت على أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية بمنطقة الجنوب الشرقي المنتمية لعينة الدراسة والمكونة من 21 مؤسسة، كما إن هناك اثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد إدارة سلسلة التوريد (علاقة مع الموردين، مدة التسليم، تكلفة النقل) على أداء المؤسسات محل الدراسة.

This study aimed to show the impact of the risks of supply chain management on the performance of Algerian institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic, where the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of tires of industrial, commercial and service institutions located in the south-east region, where 32% were recovered. Analyzed by the Social Sciences Statistical Package Program (SPSS V25), and the descriptive method of the study was used, the results of the study indicated that supply chain management was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and affected the performance of economic institutions in the south-east region. From the sample of 21 institutions, there is also a statistically significant impact on the dimensions of supply chain management (relationship with suppliers, delivery duration, transport cost) on the performance of the institutions studied.
