دور اساليب الاكتساب المعرفي على الاداء المتميز دراسة حالة سيترام

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى اكتشاف ما مدى مساهمة أساليب الاكتساب المعرفي على الأداء المتميز في مؤسسة سيترام بولاية ورقلة –الجزائر-، باستخدام المنهج الوصغي لوصف متغيرات الدراسة نظريا وميدانيا، والمنهج التجريبي لملائمته ومنهجية IMRAD، وتم جمع المعلومات من خلال توزيع استبيان (80) استبانه موزعة لى مختلف الموظفين في مؤسسة محل الدراسة، وبعد المعالجة والتحليل ببرنامج spssتوصلت الدراسة الى وجود علاقة بين كل من أساليب الاكتساب المعرفي والأداء المتميز، اقترحت الدراسة تدعيم اكتساب المعرفي من خلال تدعيم النشاطات وأبعاد أساليب الاكتساب المعرفي (التدريب , التناوب الوظيفي , فرق العمل , التوجيه ) بين الأفراد .This study aimed to highlight the role of cognitive acquisitionoveroutstandingperformanceatSitramOuarglaalgeriaFoundation.By using the descriptive approach to describe the study variables, theoretically and in the field. And the experimental method for its suitability and the IMRAD methodology.Then collect information by distributing a questionnaire (80) copies of the questionnaire.distributed to a sample of employees.After processing and analysis with the ssps18 program.Through this study, we found a relationship between the methods of knowledge acquisition and outstanding performance. The study suggested enhancing cognitive acquisition by strengthening activities and separating the methods of knowledge acquisition (training,job rotation, work teams,routing)between individuals
