دور الإدارة الالكترونية في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية دراسة حالة مستشفى محمد بوضياف بورقلة- الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 15/02/2022 إلى غاية 19/05/2022.

Abstract

على جمع البيانات من خلال الكتب والرسائل الجامعية والملتقيات والمجلات، أما الجانب التطبيقي إعتمدنا على المنهج التحليلي من خلال إجراء المقابلة والملاحظة تضمنت أسئلة متعلقة بالإدارة الإلكترونية وجودة الخدمات الصحية، تصب في فرضيات الدراسة، وقد تم طرحها على موظفي مستشفى محمد بوضياف- ورقلة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة مايلي: • أن الإدارة الإلكترونية كأحد أساليب الإدارة الحديثة التي يمكن للمؤسسات الإستشفائية تبنيها هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية وتحديد آثرها في تحسين مستوى جودة الخدمة في مستشفى محمود بوضياف _ ورقلة ومدى استخدام أدوات الإدارة الإلكترونية في المستشفى؛ ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري بالاعتماد والإستفادة من تطبيقاتها في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية؛ • يقدم مستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة خدمات صحية ذات جودة عاليةتلبي احتياجات المرضى؛ • ضرورة توفر هيئة إدارية قادرة على إستخدام نظام المعلومات في مستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة؛ • الحاجةإلى تواجدالمبرمج ينال قادرين على تصميم وتطويرالبرامج الإلكترونية

This study aimed to identify the role of electronic management in improving the quality of healthservices and to determine its impact on improving the level of service quality in Mahmoud Boudiaf Hospital - Ouargla, and the extent to which electronic management tools are used in the hospital.
