Abstract

هدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية في تحقيق التمييز المؤسسي في مؤسسة الوطنية لأشغال الكهربة (الكهريف ) تقرت؛ ومن أجل ذلك قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على مستوي المؤسسة مست 44 موظف من الإدارة العليا ورؤساء المصالح وذلك بالاستعانة بأداة الاستبانة، وتم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبانات عن طريق استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية((Spss، بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، معاملات الارتباط، تحليل الانحدار المتعدد؛ حيث توصلت الدراسة لجملة من النتائج نذكر أهمها: وجود اهتمام عال من طرف العينة بإعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، كما لمسنا وجود اهتمام عال بالتمييز المؤسسي بالمؤسسة، كما توصلنا لوجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية قوية بين تطبيق إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية كمتغير مستقل والتمييز المؤسسي كمتغير تابع لدي الادارة العليا بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة

study aimed to identify the role of administrative process re-engineering in achieving institutional excellence in the National Electrification Works Enterprise (Kahrif) Touggourt; The study was applied to a sample consisted of 44 employees divided between a senior management and departments heads. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was used for data collection which was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) based on arithmetic averages, standard deviations, correlation coefficients, multiple regression analysis. Finally, the most important results are: There is a great interest in administrative process re-engineering of the enterprise under study; There is a moderate interest in institutional excellence in )Kahrif (Touggourt enterprise; There is a strong direct correlation between the administrative process re-engineering as an independent variable and institutional excellence as a dependent variable for the senior management of the enterprise under study;
