المسؤولية الاجتماعية كآلية لتحسين الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين، وذلك في محاولة منا لإبراز الدور الذي تلعبه المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة، وعلى هذا الأساس تمت معالجة الدراسة إنطلاقا من الإشكالية التي تم طرحها بالشكل التالي: ما مدى مساهمة أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحسين مستوى الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين؟ وكيف يظهر ذلك على الموظفين لدى مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة؟ وبهدف الإجابة على الإشكالية تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري للبحث منه، أما فيما يتعلق بالجانب التطبيقي فقد تم الإعتماد الاستبيان وذلك من خلال على توزيعه على عينة من العاملين بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بمدينة ورقلة والتي بلغ عددها 118 إستبيانا، وبعد معالجتها باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية ( (spssتم التوصل إلى أن المسؤولية الاجتماعية تساهم في تحسين مستوى الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين.

The study aims to know the role of social responsibility in improving the job performance of workers, in an attempt to highlight the role played by social responsibility in achieving the objectives of the institution, and on this basis the study was addressed based on the problem that was posed as follows: To what extent do the dimensions of social responsibility contribute to improving the level of job performance of workers? In order to answer the problem, the descriptive approach was used in the theoretical side of the research, as for the applied aspect, the questionnaire was adopted through its distribution to a sample of employees of Algeria Telecom in Ouargla, which amounted to 118 questionnaires, and after processing it using the statistical package program for social sciences (SPSS), it was concluded that social responsibility contributes to improving the level of job performance of workers.
