أثر ضغوط العمل على الإستقرار الوظيفي في الإدارة العمومية دِراسة عَيّنة مِن مُوظفي مُدِيريات: التَنظيم والشُؤُون الإِجْتماعية، النَقل، والخَزينة، لوِلاية وَرقلة

Abstract

تهدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحقيق جودة الخدمة العمومية في مصالح بلدية ورقلة(مصلحة الحالة المدنية ومصلحة الوثائق البيومترية المؤمنة)، ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات ، وقد اقتصرت عملية التوزيع على أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة بلغ تعدادها (80) فردا من موظفين بغية اختبار فرضية الدراسة،وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) نسخة 25 ،خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وجود مستوى مرتفع لجودة الخدمة العمومية في بلدية محل الدراسة,وجود مستوى مرتفع لواقع الإدارة الإلكترونية من وجهة نظر موظفي البلدية، ويرجع ذلك إلى وعيهم بأهميتها في تحسين جودة الخدمة المقدمة، كما وجدها أن العلاقة الارتباطية بين الإدارة الالكترونية كمتغير مستقل وجودة الخدمة العمومية كمتغير تابع علاقة طردية قوية، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات المبحوثين فيما يتعلق بالمتغيرات الوظيفية والمهنية (الجنس، العمر، المستوى التعليمي، الخبرة,الوظيفة).

The study aimed to find out the extent of the contribution of the electronic administration in achieving the quality of public service in the interests of the municipality of Ouargla (the interest of civil status and the interest of secured biometric documents). The simple random population amounted to (80) employees in order to test the hypothesis of the study, and the data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25.
