أثر الصحة التنظيمية على الالتزام التنظيمي دراسة ميدانية في شركة الإسمنت عين التوتة -الوحدة التجارية تقرت

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر الصحة التنظيمية على الالتزام التنظيمي في"شركة الإسمنت عين التوتة بالوحدة التجارية لولاية تقرت"، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في وصف الظاهرة وتحليليها، كما تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة، وقد اقتصرت عملية التوزيع على أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة، بحيث بلغ حجم عينة الدراسة (80) عامل، وتم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبانات عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) النسخة 26، بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، تحليل الانحدار المتعدد والبسيط، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن مستوى الصحة التنظيمية في شركة الإسمنت عين التوتة بالوحدة التجارية لولاية تقرت جاء بدرجة متوسطة، ومستوى الالتزام التنظيمي سائد بدرجة مرتفعة في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، كما بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين الصحة التنظيمية والالتزام التنظيمي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة.

This study aims to identify the impact of organizational health on the organizational commitment in a "Cement Company at Ain Touta in Business Unity in the province of Touggourt", to reach the objective of the stydy we depended on the descriptine analyses opproach in describing this phenomenon and analyzing it.We used the questionnaire as a tool for gathering the data .The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample group.The number of the sample group was (80) employee and we anlysed the gathered data from the questionnaire through using Package for Social Sciences (SPPS) version (26), we relied on the average account and criterion deviation analyse the multiple and the simple decline. The results of the study showed that:The level of the organizational health in the cement company at Ain Touta at the business unity in the state of Touggourt showed medium degree, and the organizational commitment is at a high level in the company case study, there was a statistic indication between the organizational health and the organizational commitment.
