Abstract

اهتمت هذه الدراسة بموضوع اثر استرتجية ادارة التغير على الاداء الوظيفي وكان الهدف الاساسي منها بروز مدا مساهمة استراتيجيات إدارة التغيير في الزيادة مستوى أداء العمال حتى يتسنى لهم التأقلم مع متطلبات التغير السريع. والقد اتبعنا المنهاج العلمي الوصفي على عينة مكونة من 40 عامل وقد تم التوصال الى نتائج ان هناك مستوى متوسط لأدراك إستراتجية إدارة التغيير .و يوجد مستوى مرتفع للأداء الوظيفي بمخبر الأشغال العمومية جنوب البلادحيث استنتجنا من هذه الدرسة ان هناك تاثير في صناعة القرار و المشاركة والعمال الجماعي المنتمين لاستراتيجيات إدارة التغيير على الأداء الوظيفي للعمال بمخبر الأشغال العمومية جنوب البلاد

.This study is concerned with the issue of the impact of changemanagement strategy on job performance, and the main objective was to highlight the extent to which change management strategies contribute to increasing the level of workers' performance so that they can adapt to the requirements of rapid change. We have followed the descriptive scientific method on a sample of 40 workers, and the results have been reached that there is a medium level of awareness of the change management strategy. And there is a high level of job performance in the public works laboratory in the south of the country, where we concluded from this study that there is an impact on decision-making, participation and teamwork Adherents of change management strategies on the job performance of workers in a public works laboratory in the south of the country.
