دور القيتدة الادارية في تطوير راس المال البشري دراسة حالة المؤسسة الوطنية سونلغاز-حاسي مسعود شمال 3 خلال الفترة :2018-2022

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على دور القيادة الادارية في تعزيز تنمية رأس مال البشري لدى عمال مؤسسة سونلغاز شمال 3 حاسي مسعود، حيث أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية طبقية قدرت بـ 60 فرد من إجمالي عمال الادارة بمؤسسة سونلغاز شمال 3 حاسي مسعود، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي واعتماد على برنامجSPSS نسخة 26 توصلنا في نهاية الدراسة الى ما يلي: _أن مستوى تطبيق القيادة الادارية وتنمية رأس المال البشري مرتفع. _وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية ((α≤0.05 بين القيادة الادارية وتنمية رأس المال البشري ، مع وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات اسـتجابات المبحوثين حول تنمية رأس المال البشري لدى عمال سونلغاز حاسي مسعود شمال 3تعزى للمتغير (الجنس).

This study aimed to identify the role of administrative leadership in promoting the development of human capital among the workers of the Sonelgaz Corporation, North 3 Hassi Messaoud, where the study was conducted on a stratified random sample estimated at 60 individuals from the total management workers in the Sonelgaz Corporation, North 3 Hassi Messaoud, using the descriptive approach. At the end of the analytical analysis and relying on the SPSS program, it concluded that the level of application of administrative leadership and human capital development is high, with a statistically significant relationship at a significant level (α≤0.05 between administrative leadership and human capital development, with statistically significant differences between the average responses The respondents about the development of human capital among the workers of Sonelgaz Hassi Messaoud North 3, due to the variable (gender).
