Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على المفاهيم الأساسية للعمل الجماعي وفريق العمل وعلى مهارات العمل الجماعي الذي تعتبر متغير مستقل وفعالية فريق العمل متغير التابع، بالإضافة الى دراسة العلاقة بينهم، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لدراسة هذا الموضوع في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية "العقيد محمد شعباني"، كما تم استخدامالاستبيان في هذه الدراسة ومعالجته الإحصائية عن طريق برنامج SPSS النسخة 20 على عينة الدراسة 55 موظف، حيث تبين من خلاله - وجود علاقة طردية قوية جدا بين المتغيرين كما تم اثبات التأثير القوي لمهارات العمل الجماعي وإبعاده (التقدير، الأداء، التدريب، القيادة) على فعالية فريق العمل.
