Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور سلسلة الإمداد في تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة من طرف المؤسسات تبعا لما يعرفه العالم الاقتصادي من تحولات وتغييرات خاصة على المستوى التكنولوجي, ونظرا لما أنتجته هده الأخيرة من العديد من التكتلات مما يجعل المؤسسات تعمل جاهدة على تعزيز مكانتها في السوق من خلال تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة مع مراعاة التكاليف المرتبطة بتقديمها بهدف زيادة الأرباح، مما أصبح من اللازم الاهتمام بأنشطة الإمداد التي تخلق الاستجابة في الإنتاج من حيث مرونة الوصول إلى جميع المتطلبات,مما يساهم في تحقيق مستويات عالية من رضا الزبائن التي تتوافق مع احتياجاتهم ورغباتهم، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تحسين والتطوير من سلسلة الإمداد له أثر إيجابي على جودة الخدمات المقدمة في مؤسسة سونلغاز

This study aims to investigate the role of the supply chain in improving the quality of services provided by institutions, in light of the economic transformations and changes known at the technological level. Given the numerous alliances resulting from these changes, institutions are striving to enhance their market position by improving the quality of the services they provide, while considering the costs associated with their delivery to increase profitability. Thus, it has become necessary to focus on supply chain activities that create responsiveness in production, in terms of flexible access to all requirements. This contributes to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction that align with their needs and desires.
