دور ادارة المعرفة في تحسين الاداء التدريسي دراسة ميدانية لعينة اساتذة كلية العلوم التطبيقية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح –ورقلة-

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور إدارة المعرفة في تحسين الأداء التدريسي،اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي في الجزء النظري من الدراسة، اما بالنسبة للدراسة التطبيقية فقد استخدمنا المنهج الاستقرائي باستخدام استبيان موجه لأساتذة جامعة قاصدي مرباح –ورقلة-كلية العلوم التطبيقية كعينة هادفة، وتناولنا فرضيات الدراسة وقمنا بتحليل النتائج وتفسيرها باستخدام البرامج الإحصائية، وأكدت النتائج الرئيسية على مساهمة إدارة المعرفة في تحسين أداء التدريس.

The study aimed to highlight the role of knowledge management in improving teaching performance, we relied on the descriptive approach in the theoretical part of the study, as for the applied study, we used the inductive approach using a questionnaire directed to the professors of Kasdi Merbah University - Ouargla - College of Applied Sciences as a purposeful sample, and we dealt with the hypotheses of the study and we analyzed and interpreted the results using statistical programs, and the main results confirmed the contribution of knowledge management in improving teaching performance.
