" أثر الإدارة الإلكترونية على تحسين جودة الخدمة الصحية " دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية محمد بوضياف - ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الإدارة الالكترونية على تحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية "محمد بوضياف بورقلة "، وللوصول لهذا الهدف تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى فصلين، فصل نظري تم التطرق فيه إلى المفاهيم النظرية الخاصة بكل من الإدارة الالكترونية كمتغير مستقل وجودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية كمتغير تابع له، أما الفصل الثاني فقد تمثل في الفصل التطبيقي الذي حاولنا خلاله إسقاط الدراسة النظرية على المؤسسة محل الدراسة للتعمق أكثر في معرفة واقع تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية بها، وما إذا كان هناك لهذه الأخيرة دور في تحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية، وقد اعتمدنا في ذلك على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات وبرنامج التحليل الإحصائي الـ Spss لمعالجة وتحليل هذه الأخيرة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن للإدارة الإلكترونية بمختلف أبعادها أثر إيجابي على تحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية " محمد بوضياف" – ورقلة

This study aimed to know the impact of e-management on improuvions the qualité of Heath care services at the hôpital institution "Mohamed Boudiaf Ouargla", and to achève This goal, the study was dividende into two charters, a théorétique chapoter in winch the théorétique concepts of e-management were adresse as an Independent variable and the qualité of Heath care services as a dépendent variable, white the second chapter was représente in the appli éd chapoter in winch we tried to appli the théorétique study to the institution Under study to délave beeper into Koning the reality of appli e-management in it, and Werther the latter has a rôle in improuvions the qualité of Heath care services, and we relied on the questionnaire as a Tools for collection data and the statistique analysais program SPSS to procès and analyse the latter. The study recache several résulta, the Most important of which is That e-management in its varions dimensions has a positive impact on improuvions the qualité of Heath care services at the hôpital institution "Mohamed Boudiaf" - Ouargla.
