دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين أداء المحاسب العمومي دراسة ميدانية للمحاسبين العموميين لولايات الجنوب

Abstract

لقد تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين أداء المحاسب العمومي من وجهة نظر المحاسبين العموميين للمؤسسات والإدارات العمومية بالولايات الجنوبية بالجزائر ، وكانت إشكالية الدراسة هي ما مدى مساهمة الإدارة الإلكترونية بأبعادها (استخدام الأجهزة الإلكترونية، البعد التنظيمي والإداري، البعد المهني والتنسيقي، البعد القانوني و الأمني ) في تحسين أداء المحاسب العمومي، وللوصول إلى هدف الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تصميم الاستبيان من أجل جمع المعلومات الأولية عن متغيرات الدراسة وتوزيعها على عينة عشوائية ، حيث بلغ عدد الأفراد العينة المدروسة 40 موزعة على المحاسبين العموميين ، وذلك لتحليلها عبر البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS إصدار 25 . توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن للإدارة الإلكترونية أثر في تحسين أداء المحاسب العمومي للمؤسسات والإدارات العمومية في ولايات الجنوب

This study addressed the role of e-governance in improving the performance of public accountants from the perspective of public accountants of institutions and public administrations in the southern states of Algeria. The study's problem was to what extent e-governance, with its dimensions (use of electronic devices, organizational and administrative dimensions, professional and coordination dimensions, and legal and security dimensions), contributes to improving the performance of public accountants. To achieve the study's objective, we relied on the descriptive analytical approach. A questionnaire was designed to collect primary information on the study variables and distribute it to a random sample. The sample size was 40, distributed among public accountants, for analysis using the SPSS statistical program, version 25. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: E-governance has an impact on improving the performance of public accountants of institutions and public administrations in the southern states.
