دور البرامج التكوينية في الحاضنة الجامعية على تنمية روح المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين دراسة ميدانية لعينة من الطلبة المنخرطين في قرار 12-75

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البرامج التكوينية ودروها في تعزيز روح المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين في حاضنة ريادة الأعمال ، لجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة ، كلية العلوم الإقتصادية. اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي من أجل تحديد الإشكالية والوصول لنتائج الدراسة ، والمنهج التحليلي للجانب الميداني للدراسة من خلال تحديد آداه الاستبيان ثم تحليل النتائج إحصائيا واستخدام الانحراف المعياري والتباين والمتوسط الحسابي من أجل اختبار الفرضيات. وتصلنا إلى جملة نتائج كالتالي: مساهمة في تشكيل المفاهيم الأساسية التي تمنح للطلبة أفكارا لخدمة مشاريعهم إطلاق العنان للقدرات الفردية في الإختراع والإبتكار. منح الطلبة الدعم الإيجابي الذي يعطيهم القدرة على تطبيق مشاريعهم، وإسقاط ما تمرسوا عليه في تكوين الجامعي زرع روح التحدي لكي يتجاوز الطالب أي مشكلة من دون خلق أعذار ، من حيث تقوية الرغبة في تحقيق الهدف والنظر إلى اجمالية المواضيع بشكل إيجابي

This study aims to examine the training programs and their roles in enhancing the entrepreneurial spirit among university students in the entrepreneurship incubator, at the University of Kasdi-Merbah Ouargla, Faculty of Economic Sciences. In our study, we relied on the descriptive approach in order to identify the problem and reach the results of the study, and the analytical approach for the field aspect of the study by selecting the questionnaire tool and then analyzing the results statistically and using the standard deviation, variance, and arithmetic mean in order to test the hypotheses. We arrived at a number of results as follows: Contribution to the formation of basic concepts that give students ideas to serve their projects Unleash individual capabilities in invention and innovation. Giving students positive support that gives them the ability to implement their projects, and project what they have practiced in university training.  Cultivate the spirit of challenge so that the student overcomes any problem without creating excuses, in terms of strengthening the desire to achieve the goal and looking at the overall topics positively.
