أثــر التحول الرقمي على أداء مؤسسات التعليم العالي "دراسة ميدانية بالقطب الثاني لجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة"

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس أثر التحول الرقمي على أداء مؤسسات التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر الأساتذة و الإداريين بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الإعتماد على الإستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، إذ تمكنا من جمع206إستبيان صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي، حيث قمنا بتحليل هذه البيانات عن طريق إستخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي (Spss) نسخة 27. خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج هي مستوى التحول الرقمي بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة جاء مرتفعا من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة، كما بينت النتائج أن مستوى الأداء المؤسسي كان مرتفعا، مع وجود أثر دال احصائيا للتحول الرقمي على الأداء المؤسسي

The Study to measure effect of digital transformation to the performance of higher education institutions from the perspective of professors and administrators at the University of Kasdi Merbah, Ouargla. To achieve the study objectives, the questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool, as we were able collect 206 questionnaires suitable for suitable for statistical analysis. We analyzed this data using the statistical analysis program spss v27. The concluded with a number of results: the level of digital transformation at the University of Kasdi Merbah, Ouargla, was high from the perspective of the study sample members. The results also showed that the level of institutional performance was high, with a statistically significant impact of digital transformation on institutional performance.
