أثر نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة على الأداء المتميز للمؤسسة دراسة حالة الشركة الوطنية للتأمين saa - ورقلة2025

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة مدى تأثير نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP على الأداء المتميز للمؤسسة من خلال دراسة ميدانية في الشركة الوطنية للتأمين SAA –ورقلة، اعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدمنا كل من الاستبيان والمقابلة الشخصية كأدوات لجمع البيانات، تم توزيع استبيان على عينة قدرها 50 موظف بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، وقد تم تحليل النتائج بالاعتماد على برنامج spss بالإضافة الى مجموعة من الأدوات والأساليب الإحصائية. توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: 1. هناك تصور بوجود التزام حاد في فعالية التطبيق في معظم أبعاد نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP في الشركة الوطنية للتأمين SAA –ورقلة في مجالات دعم الإدارة العليا، وإدارة الموارد المالية، وإدارة المخزون، إدارة العلاقات مع الزبائن، إعادة هندسة العمليات؛ 2. هناك مستوى عال للأداء المتميز في المؤسسة محل الدراسة مع تركيز قوي على الزبون كأولوية استراتيجية؛ 3. توجد علاقة ارتباط طردية قوية بين نظام ERP والأداء المتميز حيث يفسر النظام أكثر من نصف التغير في الأداء؛ 4. يظهر أن كل زيادة في تطبيق ERP تؤدي الى تحسن ملحوظ في الأداء المؤسسي.

This study aims to examine the impact of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system on organizational excellence through a field study conducted at the National Insurance Company SAA – Ouargla. The research adopts a descriptive analytical approach, employing both questionnaires and personal interviews as data collection tools. A questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 50 employees in the institution under study, and the results were analyzed using SPSS software along with a set of statistical tools and techniques. The study yielded several key findings: 1. There is a strong commitment to effective implementation across most ERP system dimensions at the National Insurance Company SAA – Ouargla, including top management support, financial management, inventory management, customer relations, and business process reengineering 2. The organization exhibits a high level of performance excellence, with a strong focus on the customer as a strategic priority 3. There is a strong positive correlation between the ERP system and performance excellence, where the system accounts for more than half of the variations in performance. 4. Each increase in ERP system application leads to a significant improvement in organizational performance.
