أثر الإدارة الالكترونية في تحسين أداء مديري المؤسسات التربوية دراسة ميدانية في مديرية التربية بولاية توقرت

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع أثر الإدارة الالكترونية في تحسين أداء مديري المؤسسات التربوية ( دراسة ميدانية بمديرية التربوية لولاية توقرت)،انطلاقا من إشكالية الدراسة التي تنص على ما مدى مساهمة الإدارة الالكترونية بأبعادها (عتاد الحاسوب، البرمجيات، قواعد البيانات، شبكات الاتصال، الكوادر البشرية) في تحسين أداء مديري المؤسسات التربوية - مديرية التربية لولاية توقرت،ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، وتم تصميم الأستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات الأولية عن متغيرات الدراسة، من خلال توزيعها على عينة من مدراء المؤسسات التربوية بولاية توقرت في الأطوار التعليمية الثلاثة (ابتدائي، متوسط ، ثانوي) حيث بلغ عدد أفراد العينة المدروسة بـ (94) مدير ومديرة ، وتم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستمارة باستخدام برنامج EXCEL والبرنامج الإحصائي SPSSإصدار (25)، والاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية ومعاملات الارتباط، وتم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أنه لا يوجد مستوى مرتفع لتطبيق أبعاد الإدارة الالكترونية لدى مديري المؤسسات التربوية - مديرية التربية لولاية توقرت، و أن للإدارة الإلكترونية أثر كبير في تحسين الأداء مديري المؤسسات التربوية مديرية التربية توقرت وهذا راجع لكون المؤسسة تعمل على توفير مختلف البرامج والأجهزة الإلكترونية التي تساهم في تحسين الأداء، وتوصلت أيضا الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات منها بالاهتمام بالمورد البشري للقيام بدورات تدريبية وتكوينية في مجال الرقمنة، ودعم البنية التحتية للإدارة الالكترونية .

This study addressed the impact of electronic management on improving the performance of directors of educational institutions. It is a field study in the Education Directorate of Touggourt State. Based on the study problem, which states the extent to which electronic management contributes, with its dimensions of computer hardware, software, databases, communication networks, and human resource s, to improving the performance of directors of educational institutions - Education Directorate of Touggourt State. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was designed as a tool for collecting primary data on the study variables, by distributing it to a sample of directors of educational institutions in Touggourt State in the three educational stages: primary, intermediate, and (secondary). The number of members of the studied sample reached (94) directors, both male and female. The data contained in the questionnaire were analyzed using the Excel program and the statistical program SPSS version (25), relying on arithmetic averages, standard deviations, and correlation coefficients, multiple regression analysis, and a number of results were reached, the most important of which is that there is no high level of application of the dimensions of electronic management among directors of educational institutions - Education Directorate of Touggourt State, and that electronic management has a significant impact on improving the performance of directors Educational institutions, the Education Directorate, were provided. This is due to the institution working to provide various programs and electronic devices that contribute to improving performance. The study also reached a set of recommendations, including paying attention to the human resource to conduct training and development courses in the field of digitization, and supporting the infrastructure for electronic administration.
