أثر الاتصال غير الرسمي على التشارك المعرفي دراسة ميدانية على عينة من عمال مصحة واد ريغ بتقرت

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الاتصال غير الرسمي على التشارك المعرفي لدى عمال المصحة الاستشفائية واد ريغ بولاية تقرت، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، واستخدام العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية التي يتيحها الإحصاء الوصفي، والاستدلالي لتقدير أثر الاتصال غير الرسمي على التشارك المعرفي في مصحة واد ريغ بتقرت، وتم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة بسيطة عشوائية مكونة من 49 عامل وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج spss :V25، وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها: لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاتصال غير الرسمي بين المسؤول والعاملين والتشارك المعرفي، كما وجدنا أنه توجد علاقة ذلك دلالة إحصائية بين زملاء العمل داخل وخارج المؤسسة حسب إجابات عينة الدراسة، وأخيرا لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية للاتصال غير الرسمي والتشارك المعرفي تعزى للمتغيرات الديموغرافية(الجنس، العمر، الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي).

This study aims to identify the effect of informal communication on knowledge sharing among healthcare workers at Wadi Righ Hospital in Touggourt Wilaya, Algeria. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted, and a variety of statistical methods offered by descriptive and inferential statistics were used to estimate the effect of informal communication on knowledge sharing at Wadi Righ Hospital in Touggourt. The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and the study was applied to a simple random sample of 49 workers. The data were analyzed using the SPSS V25 program. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: • There is no statistically significant relationship between informal communication between managers and workers and knowledge sharing. • There is a statistically significant relationship between informal communication between colleagues inside and outside the institution, according to the responses of the study sample. • There is no statistically significant relationship between informal communication and knowledge sharing attributed to demographic variables (gender, age, experience, and educational qualifications).
