أثر تطبيق نظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية على أداء العاملين في المؤسسة الصناعية -دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة سونطراك حوض بركاوي-

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر تطبيق نظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية على تحسين أداء العاملين، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية في المديرية الجهوية لمؤسسة سوناطراك بحوض بركاوي. ولتحقيق ذلك، اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدم استبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات وُزعت على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 80 عاملاً، حيث تمت معالجة البيانات وتحليلها إحصائياً باستخدام برنامج SPSS. أظهرت النتائج وجود مستوى عالٍ وفعال لتطبيق نظام السلامة المهنية، يقابله أداء متميز والتزام انضباطي طوعي من قبل العاملين. كما أثبت التحليل الإحصائي وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية قوية جداً بين تطبيق النظام وأداء العمال؛ حيث يفسر هذا النظام ما نسبته 52.8% من التحسن الإيجابي في الأداء. علاوة على ذلك، تبين أن هذا الأداء المرتفع يمثل حالة تنظيمية شاملة لا تتأثر بأي فروق فردية أو ديموغرافية كالسن، والخبرة، والمستوى التعليمي. بناءً على هذه المعطيات، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة استثمار التزام الإدارة العليا عبر توفير الدعم المالي واللوجستي المباشر لقسم الأمان، وتطوير قنوات رقمية ومرنة للإبلاغ عن المخاطر، مع التأكيد على أهمية التقييم المستمر للأثر الفعلي للتدريب الوقائي. ونظراً لطبيعة البيئة الصحراوية القاسية، دعت الدراسة إلى تحسين التصميم الأرغونومي (الهندسة البشرية) لمعدات الوقاية لتكون أكثر راحة، إلى جانب تعزيز برامج الدعم النفسي وإدارة الإجهاد المهني للعاملين.

This study aimed to measure the impact of implementing an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) on improving employee performance through a field study at the Regional Directorate of Sonatrach in Haoud Berkaoui. To achieve this, the researcher adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and used a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection, which was distributed to a random sample of 80 workers. The data was processed and statistically analyzed using SPSS software. The results revealed a high and effective level of implementation of the occupational safety system, coupled with outstanding performance and voluntary disciplinary commitment from the employees. Furthermore, statistical analysis demonstrated a very strong positive correlation between the system's implementation and worker performance, with the system explaining 52.8% of the positive improvement in performance. Moreover, it was found that this high performance represents a comprehensive organizational state unaffected by individual or demographic differences such as age, experience, and educational level. Based on these findings, the study recommended capitalizing on top management's commitment by providing direct financial and logistical support to the safety department, and developing flexible, digital channels for hazard reporting. It also emphasized the importance of continuously evaluating the actual impact of preventive training. Given the harsh nature of the desert environment, the study called for improving the ergonomic design of personal protective equipment to be more comfortable, alongside enhancing psychological support and occupational stress management programs for the workers.
