دور نظام المعلومات الإستراتيجي في تعزيز الإبداع التكنولوجي دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور نظام المعلومات الإستراتيجي بأبعاده (الكفاءة التشغيلية، تشجيع الابتكار، بناء موارد المعلومات، المتطلبات التكنولوجية) في تعزيز الإبداع التكنولوجي بأبعاده (الإبداع في المنتج، الإبداع في العملية ) في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ،واستخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية تم توزيعه على عينة قصدية مكونة من 45 تمثلت في( إطارات ،رؤساء مصالح و رؤساء أقسام) ،واسترجعت منها 40 استمارة صالحة للتحليل، وتم استخدام برنامج التحليل إحصائي spss إصدار 31 لتحليل البيانات واختبار مدى صحة فرضيات الدراسة ،توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : نظام المعلومات الاستراتيجي له دور كبير وواضح على الإبداع التكنولوجي بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة احتل بعد المتطلبات التكنولوجية المرتبة الأولى ضمن أبعاد نظام المعلومات الإستراتيجي ،مما يدل على إمتلاك المؤسسة بيئة تقنية متطورة تدعم الأداء التنظيمي والتشغيلي وجود مستوى مرتفع من الابداع التكنولوجي مايعكس قدرة المؤسسة على تبني أساليب عمل حديثة وتطوير خدماتها بشكل مستمر

.This study amis to determine the role of the strategic information system, with its dimensions of operational efficiency,innovation promotion, information resource development, and electronic requirements,in enhancing technological innovation (product innovation and process innovation) at algeria telecom in ouargla. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach, using a questionnaire as the primary tool. The questionnaire was distributed to a purposive sample of 45 representatives (managers,department heads, and section heads) ,and 40 valid questionnaires were retuned for analysis. Spss version 31 was used to analyze the data and test the validity of the study hypotheses. The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is : The strategic information system plays a significant and clear role in technological innovation at algeria telecom in ouargla. Technological requirements ranked first among the dimensions of the steategic information system,indicating that organization possesses a sophisticated technological environment that supports organizational and operational performance A high level of technological innovation refelects the organizations ability to adopt modern working methods and continuosly develop its services
