This study aimed to identify the impact of digital transformation on the quality of educational services in Algerian universities from the students' perspective through a field study conducted at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences at Kasdi Merbah University of Ouargla. The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach and used a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 50 male and female students. The study examined the digital transformation variable through its different dimensions (technological dimension, human dimension, and organizational dimension), and the quality of educational services variable through its dimensions represented by tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and safety. Data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods to test the study hypotheses. The findings revealed that the level of digital transformation at the faculty under study was high, and the level of educational service quality was also high. The results further showed a positive and statistically significant relationship and effect between digital transformation and the quality of educational services, indicating that strengthening digital transformation applications contributes to improving the quality of educational services provided to students. The study also found no statistically significant differences in students' evaluations of educational service quality attributable to certain personal characteristics. In light of these findings, the study recommended continuing to support digital transformation projects in higher education institutions, developing digital infrastructure, and intensifying training and qualification programs, which would contribute to enhancing the quality of educational services, increasing student satisfaction, and improving overall university performance.
