مساهمة امن نظام المعلومات في دعم ادارة استمرارية الاعمال دراسة ميدانية لعينة من البنوك الوطنية الجزائرية في منطقة ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز ماهية أمن نظام المعلومات في دعم إدارة استمرارية الأعمال داخل البنوك الجزائرية، من خلال دراسة ميدانية شملت مجموعة من البنوك الناشطة على مستوى ولاية ورقلة وبلدية حاسي مسعود. واعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالإضافة إلى الدراسة الميدانية باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيع 10 استبيانات على أفراد العينة. وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS الإصدار 27. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج، من بينها اعتماد البنوك محل الدراسة على تطبيق أبعاد أمن نظام المعلومات بمستوى مرتفع، كما تبيّن وجود مستوى فعال لإدارة استمرارية الأعمال داخل هذه البنوك. وأظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي وجود علاقة ارتباطية ضعيفة بين أمن نظام المعلومات وإدارة استمرارية الأعمال. كما أكدت الدراسة أهمية الأنظمة المعلوماتية المعتمدة داخل البنوك في تعزيز حماية البيانات، وتقليل المخاطر، وضمان استمرارية الخدمات البنكية في مختلف الظروف.This study aims to highlight the role of Information Systems Security in supporting Business Continuity Management within Algerian banks. To this end, a field study was conducted involving a sample of banks operating in Ouargla Province and the municipality of Hassi Messaoud. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and used a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. A total of 10 questionnaires were distributed to Information Systems Security officers in the banks under investigation. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 27. The study yielded several findings, most notably that the banks under investigation implement the dimensions of Information Systems Security at a high level. The findings also indicated that Business Continuity Management is implemented effectively within these banks. However, statistical analysis revealed a weak correlation between Information Systems Security and Business Continuity Management. Furthermore, the study highlighted the importance of information systems in banks in enhancing data protection, mitigating risks, and ensuring the continuity of banking services under various circumstances.
